Their contribution ensures the project progresses on schedule while maintaining strict compliance with safety and technical standards.
Key Responsibilities
Pipe fitters are responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining piping systems according to project specifications, ensuring proper alignment and joint integrity. Fabricators handle the shaping, cutting, and assembly of metal components used in piping, structural frameworks, or other industrial systems. Riggers ensure safe lifting, moving, and securing of heavy equipment and materials using approved rigging techniques. Fire watch personnel monitor potentially hazardous areas for fire risks, while stand-by men and flag men assist in operational safety, signaling, and coordination on-site. All roles require strict adherence to safety protocols, teamwork, and attention to detail to prevent accidents and maintain operational efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications Required
