Core Responsibilities

HSE Supervisor

They are responsible for conducting safety briefings, investigating incidents, and reporting any non-compliance. QA/QC Supervisor

QA/QC Supervisors ensure that all project operations and deliverables meet high-quality standards. Their tasks include reviewing project plans, conducting quality inspections, verifying materials and workmanship, and maintaining detailed documentation. They work closely with project engineers, contractors, and teams to ensure compliance with Aramco-approved quality procedures. Detecting non-conformances, proposing corrective actions, and maintaining consistent quality reporting are core responsibilities. Effective communication, attention to detail, and strong technical knowledge are required for successful execution of QA/QC duties.

Skills and Qualifications

Candidates must possess relevant experience with a minimum of five years on-site. Valid certifications, including HSE, QA/QC, or equivalent, are essential. Applicants must hold valid Iqama, Chamber registration, and be ready to submit their original passport along with CV and supporting documents. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are required. Supervisors must be able to work under pressure, enforce regulations, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
