These positions play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and safe execution of industrial operations, particularly during shutdown projects for major clients such as SABIC. Each role contributes uniquely: Pipe Fitters and Fabricators ensure structural and pipeline integrity, Riggers manage lifting and positioning of heavy equipment, Fire Watch personnel maintain site safety against fire hazards, Standby Men provide essential on-call support, and Flag Men ensure safe traffic and equipment movements. These positions are crucial in maintaining project timelines, safety standards, and operational efficiency within the industrial sector.

Key Responsibilities

Each role has specific responsibilities designed to support industrial operations effectively:

• Pipe Fitter: Installs, assembles, and maintains piping systems according to blueprints and safety standards. Regularly inspects and repairs pipelines to prevent leaks or operational disruptions.

• Fabricator: Cuts, shapes, and assembles metal components for industrial structures, ensuring durability and precision. Works with welding and machining equipment to meet project specifications.

• Rigger: Handles lifting and securing heavy machinery and materials using cranes, hoists, and rigging tools. Ensures safe load movement and positioning on-site.
